Vote! June 2nd 2026 LAJDA for County Supervisor.
Service Above Politics
I’m running to serve, not for a title. As your neighbor—not a career politician—my commitment to District 2 is proven by years of action, not campaign promises. From feeding our students at Elk Grove Unified to volunteering with local non-profits, my leadership is rooted in hands-on service. I understand our daily realities because I live them alongside you. This is a 100% grassroots campaign with no big donors, ensuring my only priority is representing you—the people.
I am running to be a practical, common-sense voice at the county level. I’ve spent years serving these communities, and I’m ready to bring that experience to the Board of Supervisors. I would be honored to earn your support.
Practical Solutions for Working Families Our communities—from Florin and South Sacramento to Vineyard and Elk Grove—are the backbone of this county, yet we are too often overlooked. I will bring a common-sense approach to the Board of Supervisors that prioritizes the 'kitchen table' issues that matter most: expanding food security, lowering the cost of living, and ensuring our tax dollars are invested directly back into the infrastructure and public safety our neighborhoods deserve. I am committed to practical leadership that focuses on results for working families, not bureaucratic talk.
A Responsive Voice for Every Neighborhood - Our strength lies in our diversity and our connection to one another, but District 2 deserves a representative who listens first. Whether it’s tackling traffic congestion in Vineyard or improving public safety in South Sacramento, I am committed to being a bridge-builder. I will work collaboratively with law enforcement, local businesses, and community leaders to build a safer and more prosperous future.
My goal is simple: to ensure every resident—from Florin to Elk Grove—is seen, heard, and proactively represented at the county level.
I have dedicated my career and personal time to serving the people of Sacramento County—especially those who need support the most. My work has always been grounded in a simple belief: when we take care of our community, we all thrive.
I have proudly supported and volunteered with organizations that make a direct impact in our neighborhoods, including:
Loaves & Fishes
The Boys & Girls Club in the Lemon Hill community
Sacramento Food Bank
These experiences have kept me connected to the real challenges families face every day—and the real solutions that make a difference.
I’ve also taken on leadership roles to expand the reach of community support:
Key campaign volunteer for the California State Employee Charitable Campaign (CSECC)
Former Vice Chair representing the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) in CSECC
In these roles, I helped encourage public employees to give back, strengthening vital nonprofit programs across our region.
In 2019, I joined Elk Grove Unified School District as a Food & Nutrition Services Assistant I, serving students from elementary through high school. Every day, I work to ensure children have access to healthy meals so they can focus on learning and growing.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I stepped up to help feed students and their families—especially those most at risk. In a time of uncertainty, I was proud to be part of the effort to make sure no child in our community went hungry.
My commitment to service isn’t new—it’s a lifelong mission. As a candidate for Sacramento County Supervisor, District 2, I will continue to fight for:
Stronger community support systems
Food security for families
Opportunities for our youth
A county government that truly serves its people
We are running a community-powered campaign without big donors, focused on personal connections, listening to neighbors, and turning their concerns into action.
Practical solutions to homelessness
Support for working families
Accountability and results in county programs
This campaign is about making the county work better for everyday people. I want neighbors to feel like their voices are heard and that the county is actually delivering results.
Talk to neighbors, share your concerns with me, and vote. This is a community powered campaign, every vote makes a difference.

For too long, parts of District 2—especially South Sacramento and Florin—have been overlooked. At the same time, Elk Grove and Vineyard are growing rapidly and need thoughtful planning and investment.
I’m running because I bring both lived experience and a track record of service. I’ve worked directly with families, students, and nonprofits. I’ve seen where systems fall short—and where they work. Now I want to help make those systems work better for everyone.
One of the biggest issues is economic and food insecurity, especially for working families.
Through my work with Elk Grove Unified School District and organizations like the Sacramento Food Bank, I’ve seen how many families are just one setback away from needing help. That tells me we need stronger safety nets—but also better pathways to stability, like job access, youth investment, and community-based services.
I would bring a ground-level perspective into decision-making.
Too often, policies are made without enough input from the communities most affected. I want to change that by being present, accessible, and accountable—especially in neighborhoods that don’t always feel heard.
This isn’t about politics for me—it’s about service and results.
COVID-19 made it clear just how many families rely on essential services.
While working with Elk Grove Unified School District, I helped ensure students and their families continued to receive meals during the pandemic—especially those most at risk. That experience reinforced how important it is for local government to be prepared, responsive, and community-focused.
It’s why I prioritize food access, emergency readiness, and strong partnerships with local organizations.
I’d say that experience is exactly what’s needed.
Understanding policy is important—but understanding people is essential. I’ve worked directly with the families county policies impact every day. That perspective matters, and it’s often missing.
I also bring leadership experience through my work with the California State Employee Charitable Campaign, where I helped coordinate large-scale giving efforts and support nonprofit infrastructure.
By showing up, listening, and staying connected.
District 2 is incredibly diverse—economically, culturally, and geographically. From Elk Grove to Florin to South Sacramento, different communities have different needs.
My commitment is to make sure every community feels seen and represented—not just during election season, but every day in office.
We need to be smarter and more strategic with existing resources, while also strengthening partnerships with nonprofits and community organizations.
I’ve seen firsthand how effective those partnerships can be—and I want to expand them to maximize impact without unnecessary waste.
Homelessness is a complex issue that requires both compassion and accountability.
We need more support services, including food access, mental health resources, and pathways to housing—but we also need coordination and measurable outcomes to ensure programs are working.
I’m deeply rooted in this community. I’ve built relationships through service, not politics.
Voters are looking for someone who understands their day-to-day lives—and who will show up for them. That’s what I’ve been doing, and that’s what I’ll continue to do.

“This campaign is about making sure no part of District 2 is overlooked—because when Elk Grove, Vineyard, South Sacramento, and Florin thrive, our entire county is stronger.”

"I’m your neighbor here in District 2, and I’m running because I care deeply about our communities—Elk Grove, Vineyard, South Sacramento, and Florin.
I’ve spent years serving both as a civil servant in state government and volunteering with nonprofits. I’ve also worked in Elk Grove Unified School District helping make sure students have access to meals.
At the core, I believe everyone deserves access to clean water, good nutritious food, and safe shelter—those are the basics of a healthy life. And I believe the best solutions come when we work together as a community.
I’m running as a nonpartisan voice focused on getting real results for the people of this district.”

“What I’ve seen on the ground is how easy it is for families to fall through the cracks.
Working in our schools and with organizations like Loaves & Fishes and the Sacramento Food Bank, I’ve met people who are working hard every day but are still living paycheck to paycheck—one unexpected expense away from losing housing or needing help just to eat.
In South Sacramento and Florin especially, those gaps in the system are very real. Families don’t always know where to turn, or services aren’t as coordinated as they should be.
What I think policymakers sometimes miss is how interconnected these issues are—food, housing, jobs, and access to services. If we’re not addressing them together, people continue to fall behind.
That’s why I believe we need a more coordinated, community-based approach that actually meets people where they are.”

“Our county services need better coordination and easier access for those who need them most—especially children experiencing homelessness and veterans who fall through the cracks.
We have to address the root causes of these problems, because the cost of prevention is far less than dealing with the consequences later. That means investing in early support, making services easier to navigate, and holding programs accountable so taxpayers’ dollars are used effectively.
If we get this right, we can help families stay housed, children stay fed, and veterans get the support they’ve earned—without wasting resources on repetitive or ineffective programs.”

“We need to be smarter with existing resources and focus on prevention, which is often far less expensive than dealing with crises after they occur. That means better coordination between county programs, partnerships with nonprofits, and making services easier for people to access. By reducing duplication and holding programs accountable, we can stretch taxpayer dollars further—ensuring more children stay fed, more families stay housed, and more veterans get the support they deserve without increasing costs unnecessarily.”

“I bring lived experience and hands-on service in this district. I’ve volunteered with organizations like Loaves & Fishes, Boys & Girls Club and the Sacramento Food Bank, worked in Elk Grove Unified School District feeding students, and served as a civil servant in state government. I understand both the challenges families face every day and the systems meant to help them. I’m nonpartisan and focused on practical solutions, not politics, which allows me to work across lines to get results for Elk Grove, Vineyard, South Sacramento, and Florin.”

“I understand that frustration with government—it’s real. Too often, decisions are made without input from the people who are most affected. That’s why I run as a community-rooted, hands-on leader. I’ve worked directly with families, students, and nonprofits, and I show up where it matters. I will listen, stay accountable, and ensure every part of District 2 has a voice in county government. Change isn’t immediate, but with consistent action and collaboration, we can rebuild trust and deliver real results.”
